ACCLINO®

ACCLINO® flex Stent

Highly flexible self-expanding Nitinol stent with asymmetric cell design for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms

The ACCLINO® flex Stent is the third generation of closed-cell stents from Acandis®, it offers a broad range of sizes for the treatment of various anatomies allowing vessels from 1.5 mm to 6.0 mm diameter to be treated.

The sizes with 3.5 and 4.5 mm diameter are deliverable through microcatheters with 0.0165" – 0.017" ID – the 6.5 mm diameter devices are deliverable through microcatheters with 0.021" ID. This allows sequential stent and coil placement without changing the microcatheter.

 ACCLINO® flex plus Stent

Highly flexible self-expanding Nitinol stent for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms

The new ACCLINO® flex plus Stent provides an increased range and is suitable for vessel diameters from 1.5 to 6.0 mm. For an easy handling all sizes from 3.0 – 5.5 mm are deliverable through microcatheters with 0.0165” - 0.017” ID. This allows a sequential stent and coil placement without the changing of the microcatheter. The 6.5 mm diameter devices are deliverable through microcatheters with 0.021’’ ID.

ACCERO®

ACCERO® Stent

Highly visible, braided self-expanding stent with BlueXide® surface technology.

The self-expanding braided stent is characterised by an excellent opening behaviour, superior wall apposition and a very smooth surface. It is intended for use with embolization materials in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
The stent has an excellent opening behaviour and an advanced wall apposition at both ends. Our engineers designed a high radial resistive force to ensure reliable coil retention.

DERIVO®

DERIVO® and DERIVO® mini Embolisation Device

Advanced flow diversion with unique visibility concept

The flow diversion technique with the use of embolisation devices placed in the parent artery is a new approach to treat intracranial aneurysms – especially fusiform and wide neck aneurysms.

These devices have a high vessel wall coverage and the ability to change haemodynamic forces and vectors in the segment bearing the aneurysm.
The entire contour and shape of the DERIVO® and DERIVO® mini Embolisation Device are perfectly visible due to Platinum-Nitinol composite wires. Three addiational Platinum-Iridium X-ray markers on both ends allow accurate placement and permanent control.
